Victoria Perla is an award-winning advertising and freelance writer. She openly admits to being an idealist, which to this day fuels her childlike excitement for the magic of Christmas. It also drives the passion she has for inspiring young people to make a difference for the planet right now. Born in New York City, she now lives with her family in New Jersey, where they welcome Santa all year 'round.

Mirna Kantarevic has been an artist since she was a young girl growing up in Bosnia. She studied illustration at the Ringling College of Art & Design in Sarasota, Florida, and looks forward to lending her visual magic to libraries of books.
When Santa Turned Green is now being published by Thomas Nelson Inc. under the same exacting standards. It is proudly printed and bound in the United States on 100% recycled paper (50% pcw) with soy-based inks.
